Our partners in East Congo need your help. You can stand arm-in-arm with them in many ways - through prayer, advocacy, and financial contributions.
Children like Isambya, orphaned in war torn Minembwe, have been given new hope. She and others like her have been housed, fed and schooled through NHRC's children's assistance program. NHRC placed her in a suitable foster family, provides funds for her schooling and medical costs and conducts monthly visits to support and evaluate her adjustment.
Will you provide financial support to keep the programs that support orphaned children, teach technical skills at New Hope Academy and the grow women's small business cooperatives? Monthly giving helps provide continuity in our support. Or, you can make a one-time donation now. Please give what you can - a donation in any amount really does make a difference. |
Here are some examples of what a monthly donation can support over a year.

Despite the ongoing and evolving Ebola outbreak in DRC, essential programs remain active. NHRC programs providing youth technical education, children’s assistance, women’s cooperatives and reconciliation programs continue as planned.
Thank you again for your faith and commitment to this work. With your help, this year NHRC can educate 50 orphans, train 45 young people for jobs, support 24 small co-ops run by women and continue other peacebuilding training for hundreds of people. These accomplishments - and so much more- are being made possible by you!
